    Project information, photographs, drawings, or other private materials supplied by a client will not be publicly presented as part of EVRST's portfolio without appropriate permission.


    Design Confidentiality
    During the design process, EVRST may create preliminary concepts, sketches, layouts, drawings, visualizations, moodboards, studies, and other working materials. These materials form part of our internal creative process.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only the approved final design and agreed project deliverables are provided to the client. Drafts, rejected concepts, alternative proposals, working files, source files, and internal design development materials remain private working material of EVRST.


    Intellectual Property
    All original designs, concepts, layouts, drawings, visualizations, presentations, graphics, and other creative work produced by EVRST remain the intellectual property of EVRST unless ownership rights are expressly transferred through a written agreement.

    Final deliverables provided to a client may be used for the project for which they were commissioned. EVRST's work may not be copied, reproduced, modified, resold, distributed, or used for another project without prior written permission.


    Data Security & Retention
    We take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us and retain personal and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the project, our professional records, or applicable legal requirements.


    Your Rights
    You may contact EVRST to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to any information we are legally or professionally required to retain.
